Waters End sits in the fabulous countryside of ‘The Garden of England’ surrounded by all the lovely things to see and do in both Kent and Sussex. We are a short drive from Leeds, Scotney, Bodiam,Tonbridge and Dover Castle, Knole, Chartwell, Hever Castle and Batemans. Gardens are Sissinghurst, Great Dixter and Pashley Manor, Marle Place, Groombridge, Igtham Mote and the orchards of Brogdale. For history the Cinque ports, Canterbury cathedral, historic Chatham Dockyards and Battle of Hastings in1066. Lovely towns and villages, Cranbrook, Tenterden and Rye, dotted in between are Oast Houses, Windmills and Hop gardens, in amongst those are many Golf Clubs such as Chart Hills and Dale Hill. For the younger Port Lympne Wild Animal Park, Camber Sands, Dymchurch and Tenterden Railway. There are also Churches,Museums and activities such as Cycling & walking at Bewl Water and Bedgebury. With many other joys to be had, fine food,beer and wine, lovely country Inns & three Michelin * restaurants.

Hop Bine Studio is a weather boarded barn conversion situated on the farm of Waters End, accessed by own private drive, stands in 40 acres of lovely Kent countryside. Hop Bine Studio is south facing with French windows leading into a well furnished room with a high ceiling and slate floor. The main room is uniquely designed to maximise space with best quality cotton laundered linen and feather pillows on a custom made bed with a fabulous super king vi-spring bed that just folds back and disappears behind a faux bookcase during the day, to give you a delightful lounge/diner. There is of course a bathroom en-suite with a generous sized shower and also a well equipped kitchen with four ring iduction hob, micro/combi oven integrated dishwasher and integrated fridge with freezer box. TV and DVD players and WIFI. Well furnished throughout and table and chairs on the patio for alfresco dining. Rated 5 star by tourist board and 5 star Gold AA.Extremely comfortable for two persons.
